Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order that turns into a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
SubscriptionsÂ
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select or that is laid out in the product description on our website.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you cancel your subscription before your next order processes.
All subscriptions auto-renew. No matter when you purchase your first magazine by beginning a subscription, your second order will process on the next release date. These dates are January 3, April 3, July 3, and October 3. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it before your next order processes.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time before your next order processes.
If your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled due to the nature of our products. This is why it's important to read through our product description (labeled 'please read entire description before ordering') on the product page before beginning a subscription.
To continue our commitment to transparency, customers receive a complimentary reminder email two days before the next order is processed each quarter in case they need to make changes. This gives two days to cancel before renewal if needed.
To cancel, visit our Q&A page and under "How Do I Cancel My Subscription" click the Magic Link URLÂ - it will prompt you to enter the email associated with your order(s) and take you to the page where you can manage your account.
If you have questions or need assistance canceling a subscription, email hello@trulycrunchymag.com.
See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect your payment at checkout for this magazine, store your payment method, then fulfill your order at a future date.
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled (meaning any print order that has been sent to our warehouse, shipped, or arrived to you via the mail, or a digital order that has been sent via email), then you can't cancel the order and cannot request a refund, as stated in our returns policy. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.Â
