Subscribe to Truly Crunchy today to receive the new summer issue! If you're looking to slow down, live seasonally, and not feel overwhelmed by wellness, this magazine is for you.
Below is information in drop-down menus about how subscriptions work. Please read entire description of each section before beginning a subscription in order to understand order frequency, billing, shipping, and more.
Please note: prices are per issue, and we do not offer annual subscriptions or refunds due to the nature of our products.
Your subscription is automatically renewed unless you choose to cancel anytime before the next order is processed.
If you begin a subscription today, your next billing date will be October 3, 2025, the day our autumn issue comes out, then every 3 months after that!

SUBSCRIPTION DESCRIPTIONS
There are three subscription options to choose from:
1. Digital Only
2. Print Only
3. Digital AND Print Bundle (on sale!)
DIGITAL MAGAZINE: The digital option will be sent to you as a PDF via email within 48 hours of your purchase. When you receive the email, click the link or file, then it will open, and you can save as a PDF to your computer. You can use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (this is a free download) or Preview (if you have a Mac) to view and save. You can download this up to two times. If you choose the 'Digital Only' option, no physical items will be mailed to you.
PRINTED MAGAZINE: The printed copy of the magazine will shipped to you within three weeks of your order date. (Please be patient, as USPS sometimes has shipping delays that we cannot control after that 3 week window).

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS: By subscribing to Truly Crunchy Magazine, you will be charged for your first subscription on the day you order, then your next order will process on the day our next issue releases, then every 3 months after that.
Our new issues release every 3 months on the 3rd of each month (April 3, July 3, October 3 and January 3).
***For example: Whether you begin a new subscription on July 3, August 11 or September 5, you will receive the current summer issue, then your next order will process the day our autumn releases (October 3, 2025) to ensure you get the newest issue right when it comes out! After that, it's every 3 months unless you cancel your subscription.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped within three weeks of your order processing (unlike traditional magazines that can take 6 weeks!).
Please allow USPS time after that to get your magazine to you, as sometimes USPS experiences delays.
We ship via USPS First Class mail. No tracking is available at this time. If it’s been over a month since you ordered, please send us an email at hello@trulycrunchymag.com and we’d be glad to troubleshoot and get your copy to you!

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION: We offer a flexible cancellation policy, but once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled. We also send a complimentary reminder email 48 hours before orders process in case you need to cancel.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account using this link. You’ll type in the email associated with your subscription, and it will then send a “Magic Link” to your inbox. Click it and easily manage your subscription.
If your order has already been processed, you cannot cancel that order, but your cancellation would apply after that.
REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, refunds are not available. Please double-check and review your selection before checking out to ensure you're choosing the correct subscription. As a reminder, prices are for each issue and billed quarterly.
